Position: Junior Counsellor / Tele-Caller
Job Location: Jubilee Hills (Hyderabad)
Job Responsibilities
Proactively engage with international students, their parents, and friends and provide the right information and advice on study opportunities and visa application for International Institutions.
Submit applications to the educational institutions, obtain offers and facilitate enrolments
Follow- up with potential students and maximize conversion by submitting applications and finalizing enrolments.
Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentation including the ability to learn on own initiatives and research best study options for students.
Assist in organizing exhibitions and other promotional activities
Proactively connect with existing and potential students via various communications channels such as email, phone and in-person.
Maintain a professional relationship with students, internal offices staff and educational institutional representatives.
Undertake work as decided by the senior heads or the Director of the company and meet the assigned targets.
An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
Key Performance Measures
Responsible for achieving daily weekly and monthly call and revenue targets
Manage Relationships/Engagements with respective Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions.
Manage Internal and External Communication with clarity, while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation & communication plan.
To ensure database updates
Follow and achieve agreed standards about their job assignments.
To plan leaves and absences and ensure that leaves are not unscheduled
To place all student application related issues and queries before the manager and have these applications processed on time.
Ensure that all due diligence/application related issues are dealt with quickly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with Sound integrity and judgments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multitask and cope with changing priorities.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Enthusiastic, focused, self-disciplined, believe in integrity and honest work.
Knowledge of country-specific education and admission processes will be an advantage.
Quick learner concerning tools and processes; Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
